Perranporth Methodist Church, opened for worship in June 1893, is situated in Ponsmere Road, Perranporth, some 200 yards from where the Atlantic Ocean washes Perranporth’s famous surfing beach.   The church building has increased in size since opening with the addition of meeting rooms, in use every day of the week, which  cater for activities in the village of Perranporth including the church’s Activities Group, Brownies, Rainbows, Camera Club, etc.  The church has under its wings the monthly meeting of a Craft Group, Soup and Roll Lunches, the Men’s Breakfast, a fortnightly Church Fellowship, Bible Studies. The weekly Prayer Meeting, on a Wednesday morning, meets at nearby Goonhavern village, being more centrally placed in the Parish of Perranzabuloe from where most of the Sunday congregation is drawn.

We meet for worship every Sunday morning at 10.30 followed by refreshments in the attached Wesley Hall.  Sunday Club for children and teenagers.   Worship includes a celebration of Holy Communion once per month.     Also monthly Café Style Worship service at 6.00pm on the 3rd Sunday of the month, and Messy Church at 4.00pm

Our Minister and his wife and young family live in Perranporth.  The worship area is light and airy with a two manual pipe organ, chairs for congregation use, fully carpeted throughout, oil fired central heating and a large front porch where we cordially welcome all year round visitors to this seaside resort.   We look forward to meeting you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
